Welcome to forced progression my friends, do not pass go, do not collect $200.. for the first time in ages, everyone in the guild had to follow progression because someone thought it would be a good idea to add zone wide AE’s again… did we not learn from Anguish? a big thanks to our planning committe and resident sneakyboi Froogle for stepping up and pushing through for night one raids!

After hard carrying the Godfather, er I mean… initial push. It was time to raid! first up was Gorenaire, who some how survived after killing her back in Kunark, followed shortly after by the Goblin lords in Droga! to be honest, these raids were snore fests, but very easily taken down.
Tier 2: Royalty High! With tier one out of the way and an obligatory 1 week waiting period because the GM’s do not love us any more, it was off to Chardok to complete tier 2! we were walking into uncharted territory as we did not test much of this content. but we worked together and came out on top!
Still with me? Good! 3 weeks into the expansion is was finally time to take on Atrebe, and the green bois! sure as shit was a slap in the face compared to content clearing we are used to, we did not 1 shot everything.. gasp… as always though In typical OGC fashion we still downed it and beat the expansion in a single run, but damn was it a test of endurance. Event 1 alone took 37 minutes! Sheesh
As with all new expansion launches there is always a few nut jobs out there pushing the line, grinding it out along side some guild shenanigans. Our hunter raids, and AA count are no exception. I don’t know how you do it but i appreciate you for it! +1

All in all Empires of Kunark has been one of the most fun expansions to date! Good job everyone who participated. I hope you have a happy Holiday. I’ll see you all in Ring of Scale!
